At this time kierdesign.com does not accept returns. In the instance an item is approved for a return, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure the return being sent is insured and with tracking as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of an item as well as the method of shipping and final destination. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. All orders shipped within California are subject to a 9.5 % sales tax. 

In stock items are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, CA within one to three business days, unless otherwise noted. Once an order has been shipped the customer will receive an email with tracking information.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 48 hours, so that we may contact the carrier to make a claim. All shipments are sent via third party delivery services and therefore we cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, stolen or delayed packages.

All table linens, textiles and pillows are dry clean only, unless otherwise noted.

Please note many of our objects are hand-made and hand dyed by artisans, causing variations in color, shape and texture. Vintage and antique vessels may not be waterproof. We do not recommend placing water directly into the vessel.  All our vintage objects have been hand selected by our design team.
