All table linens, textiles and pillows are dry clean only, unless otherwise noted.
Please note many of our objects are hand-made and hand dyed by artisans, causing variations in color, shape and texture. Many of our vintage objects have been selected for their uniqueness. Variation in color, texture, and size will occur.

Shipping and Returns
Kier Design will not be accepting returns or exchanges until further notice due to the risks associated with COVID-19. This policy is effective as of 4/1/20.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of an item as well as the method of shipping and final destination. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. All orders shipped within California are subject to a 9.5 % sales tax.
In stock items are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, CA within one to three business days, unless otherwise noted. Once an order has been shipped the customer will receive an email with tracking information.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 48 hours, so that we may contact the carrier to make a claim. All shipments are sent via third party delivery services and therefore we cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, stolen or delayed packages.
