Pineapple Collaborative olive oil is crafted in small batches from sustainably harvested California crops. After the olives are picked at peak season, they are left to do their thing without meddling: nothing fake, no additives, no weird stuff. Crafted in collaboration with Kathryn Tomajan using a blend of organic Koroneiki, Arbequina, and Arbosana olives grown by the Ricchiuti family at ENZO Olive Oil Company.
Delivered in a 500ml (16.9oz) tin. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, and use within 1 year of opening.
